Siltec WS-Series offers a 15" x 15" weighing platform with remote display indicator on a flexible 6 foot cord to position the indicator on a wall or bench. 

The WS-Series was originally designed for performance racing industry for chassis setup applications.  Since it is extremely crucial to have proper weight distribution for performance race cars to handle properly 4 WS-Series scales would be purchased, one for each wheel.  Front and rear wheel weights can quickly be determined by reading the weight displayed on each indicator.

The slanted display is easy to read whether sitting or standing.  Weights are displayed in with the large bright red LED 4 digits (0.6 " high) and unmistakably readable.

The simple 4 button indicator offers:

• Tare - For zeroing out a container
• LB/KG - Simply press the button and instantly switch from pounds to kilograms
• Off - To shut unit down
• On - To turn unit "ON"

Precision Weighing Balances offers the WS-Series as a low cost alternative to purchasing an expensive floor scales or crane scales for companies shipping crates and cargo parcels.  Most low cost platform scales on the market today only offer a 12" x 12.4" but the WS-Series offers a large 15" x 15" (compare the platform size of the WS to the PS Series here)

Some clients purchase two scales and straddle the load across the two weighing platforms and add the two weights displayed on each indicator to determine the total weight.  Additional uses include calculating the center of gravity of small aircraft using 2 or 3 WS Series scales for each wheel of the plane
